The Rotary Club of Talegaon MIDC is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of young girls in the community. In line with this commitment, the club is organizing a Hemoglobin Check-up Camp for schoolgirls, aimed at identifying and preventing anemia, a prevalent health issue among adolescent girls. This initiative seeks to ensure that the future generation of women is strong, healthy, and empowered. Anemia, particularly iron-deficiency anemia, is a widespread problem that can significantly impact the physical and cognitive development of young girls. The Hemoglobin Check-up Camp will offer free hemoglobin testing to schoolgirls, providing early detection of anemia. The camp will also include educational sessions on the importance of nutrition, regular health check-ups, and ways to prevent anemia.
