I am deeply honored and humbled to serve as the President of the Rotary Club of Talegaon MIDC for the 2024-25 term. With the unwavering support of my Board and fellow club members, I am committed to meeting the challenges ahead and continuing our tradition of strong leadership and dedication to the Rotary ideal of "Service Above Self."

I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to Immediate Past President Rahul Khalde and his Board for their outstanding work last year. Their achievements set a high standard, and I am grateful for their contributions.

As we embrace the theme for this Rotary year, "Create Hope in the World," chosen by Rotary International President Stephanie A. Urchick, we are reminded of our shared commitment to service. Our focus for the year will include:

Membership Development and Retention: Strengthening our club by welcoming new members and engaging existing ones.
Projects and Fundraisers: Initiating and supporting initiatives that benefit our community and beyond.
The Rotary Foundation: Promoting and supporting the Foundation's work to make a difference globally.
The Family of Rotary: Fostering a sense of unity and support among members and their families.
Disaster Management and Leadership: Preparing and responding to crises with compassion and efficiency.
Youth Programs: Empowering young people through education and leadership opportunities.
Health and Education: Addressing critical needs in our community and beyond.

There are many in our community and the world whose only hope comes from Rotary's efforts. Let us work together to make a positive impact on their lives. I look forward to serving alongside you all, as we carry forward Rotary's legacy of "Service Above Self."
